I feel competent now to deliver training to staff. There were some elements of the trainer's delivery style that I didn't feel were effective however over all if was satisfactory. The trainer would use his phone and eat whilst training which i didn't feel was appropriate. However Shahbaz was obviously very knowledgeable and covered all areas I was expecting to learn about.

It was good and enjoyable.

Nathan made the course interesting and engaging. The content was detailed yet easy to remember. I usually struggle with long lectures yet I didn’t clock out at all throughout. Very happy with the course!
