Kevin was excellent throughout teaching us how to face practical challenges in our work places. I enjoyed every minute of the day. Very interactive.

The trainer was very engaging, friendly, and approachable. She made sure everything's clear and didn't make anyone feel uncomfortable. She's very experienced trainer, gave very good input. The only lacking on this yearly Mandatory training is Manual Handling equipment always not available.
