The training was absolutely fantastic, I did understand the whole event of the training and our trainer was fabulous. However the venue was good and loads of light. But the water for the coffee and tea was cold. And there were no refreshments at all.

Could have had better refreshments.

The training session was very useful and well organised. It provided valuable information and helped improve my knowledge and awareness. I found the session engaging and relevant to my professional development, and it will support me in applying best practices in my work
