Good refresher course

Excellent trainer but could better with two man trainer

Very practical session

Adequate

The trainer was good but the communication from your organisation was poor before the event and the venue was poor. Paid £20 for parking when I didn’t have to, no hot drinks in the afternoon and the food and bough coffee poor. No book for study materials. Signage in car park said I needed to pay and then came into hotel and was told I didn’t. Spoilt the day. Trainer was good.

The trainer was not only theoretical but very practical and giving practical examples of experiences in real life situations, he demonstrated vast knowledge and experience of his subject. I enjoyed this course. I was kept engaged from start to finish.

The trainer was spot on. He was very knowledgeable in his demonstrations and very impactful.

Nathan did well and demonstrated everything. I have learned a lot.
