Lot better venue than last year . Our trainer Karen was excellent, she made everything interesting , was very specific and to the point . The session seemed to pass really quickly . Hope we get her next year

The course is very useful and the trainer was engaging and is knowledgeable about the different courses.

This has been very educative, from the slides to the video, and using of the hoist, sling and other items. I'd recommend for others to have the privilege of learning as well.
