Excellent training and a great trainer

Good

The trainer was amazing, answered all the questions, explained everything clearly

Our instructor today was very informative & engaging. He made the session fun while also stressing the importance of care training, and easily encouraged all members to participate. He helped everyone feel open to learning from him and clearly cares about his job very dearly. The venue was also very neat, welcoming and comfortable and was an easy environment to learn in.

The room was too dark. The room structure is not the best for learning

Nathan was very entertaining , encouraging to engage and interact, knowledgeable, funny... He was spectacular! I got more out of this training than any previous ones, specially about carers rights, facts and it was a nice overall refresher.
