The training was good overall. Directions to the value not as clear and information on road works not highlighted.

Steve is one of the best trainers in this country that have trained me, He knows what he was doing and with confidence, subject well demonstrated to the maximum level, infact he's one of the best as he takes you along with good demonstration of all that matters, kudus to him.

All good. Further community resuscitation videos should be explored.

27 October 2025 Good Afternoon, Just to say a huge big, "Thank You" to Nathan for thee most enjoyable Training Session on Thursday - 23rd October 2025 re: the Wonderful and in-depth Training he provided for all of we Candidates. Whilst all of the Health and Safety Group Assessors/Trainers are very good - I must say that Nathan is Excellent having put his heart and soul into our Training which he made very interesting for all of us. He also never had any problems when someone asked him a question or wanted further in-depth information on a certain Module. Trusting that the Health and Safety Group shall truly "look after" this particular Assessor/Trainer since his knowledge is very valuable both to and for the Health and Safety Group Ltd. Candidates. I actually perceive Nathan to be in the same league as that of a - "Steven Bartlett" - from Dragons' Den ! Just a few technical glitches but a great course and she was fabulous!

It was a course update for me but I learnt such a lot of new information. Particularly on methods of teaching and new content to present. It was very clearly explained and all made sense to me. The trainer made me feel comfortable and very at ease asking questions and discussing subjects in the group.
