The course was well presented, very interactive and all hands were on deck from the start to finish. It was very interesting and exciting throughout. The rationale for every procedure thoroughly explored and this was valuable as it enhanced my awareness, knowledge and skills. I enjoyed it and I am glad I attended. It enhanced my knowledge, skills and confidence in the procedure. I am now better prepared working within a team, and I will be able to offer safe support to achieve a positive outcome for patients in the event of a cardiac arrest using the ILS.

The CSTF training was useful and relevant to my work as a support worker. It improved my understanding, confidence, and communication skills. The training also helped me recognise the importance of teamwork, safe practice, and providing good-quality, patient care. Overall, it was informative, practical, and beneficial for my daily work.
