Good trainer Calm Not in a hurry

Not applicable mainly to our patient

Venue was great host was interactive & had great knowledge of her role which was interesting to see. I would recommend meals being provided to staff & maybe gift bag for attending.

The trainer was very professional and checked participants manual skills.
