Matt was an excellent Trainer, he was knowledgeable, experienced, confident in his delivery, & witty. Yet managed to deliver the course with the appropriate amount of seriousness needed to get the knowledge and messages across!! I would happily attend another course where Matt was the trainer… Also, I have been on the Mandatory All-in-One Day course with other providers many times in the past, however & in my experience, I found H&S Group’s courses, content & trainers to be the best! Thanks to All

The training was informative and beneficial, refreshing my knowledge and understanding of safe working practices, policies, and procedures. It provided an opportunity to reflect on my responsibilities as a support worker and reinforced the importance of person-centred care, safeguarding, health and safety, and promoting the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of the individuals I support. Overall, the training was useful and has helped reinforce my confidence and knowledge in my role.
