There was a fire alarm which interrupted the session

There wasn't adult sliding sheets for manual handling. No hot drinks and refreshments provided for afternoon trainees. This is the worse venue I have ever been. There was only water available very bad. We were told due to cost.

Paul was excellent very engaging. Much better than last year

I have been a trainer in people moving for 6 years and I feel like course is not as in depth as I’m used too move techniques could be included and need more examples of more equipment I.e different slings and slide sheets ect

Course was ok but refreshments were from the morning when we came in the afternoon the water coffee was cold
