Sharon is an excellent trainer and shared her extensive knowledge and experience on this subject. She maintained our interest throughout the day, and encouraged interaction and discussion. We worked in small groups and learnt from each other too. I would thoroughly recommend this course for anyone working with adults that have care and support needs.

The hot water supplied by the dining lady was dirty with particles in it . Please could we be having decaf tea or coffee/ hot chocolate for those who do take tea or coffee. I need accessible version of my certificate because this one sent now is not opening
