The trainer was really good and I was able to understand many new things.

The trainer was professional, concise, effective and efficient

We didn’t get all the equipment we needed and it was taken away 12pm on thr second day even though we paid for 2 full days

Equipment was hired for 2 days but was collected on the second day at 12pm so we were unable to use it. Videos were dated and not up to standard regulations

Videos need updating as the content is a bit outdated. Also the hospital group took our equipment too early. Slides were good though.

Steve was excellent, knows how to handle various learning styles and has great room control. Great knowledge and made the course enjoyable and engaging.

A reflection on the anatomy and physiological side of cardiology and cardiac functions was a interesting and clever way to start and make the participants attention, with a good grip on the subject matter.Every one seemed to get Kevin's attention in a very nice way, and there was no hesitation that it was 100% full participation from all of us!! From start to finish it was fun. The role playing was very useful, and I think we learn a lot from each other.

An extremely interesting and informative day. Yannek presented the information clearly and demonstrated excellent knowledge. I learnt a lot both personally and professionally. Thank you.
