Trainer was ok, venue and service not the best , a bit cold and replenishing of coffee and water not the best.

We recieved no handouts. Could not read everything on slide that had brown backround. Hoist was broken and could not be used

The training was very interactive with lots of demonstrations. It was not boring and everyone was engaged .

Felt very welcomed by the instructor. Did a very thorough course regarding different elements of health and safety. Covered different topics as well.
