The course was well presented and topics satisfactorily covered. The facilitator was friendly, kind, and very approachable and helpful. Facilitator created a relaxed and friendly classroom environment, and encouraged active participation and engagement from the attendees. Facilitator knowledgeable in this field. Difficult concepts were well explained and questions from participants were answered satisfactorily. I enjoyed the day and the course. Only complaint is that the tea and coffee provided was not available for the afternoon session.
