A whistle stop tour of learning, Cathy was a great teacher, catered to a varied experienced audience and answered all questions thoroughly.

The course and the trainer were excellent, and the overall training was highly valuable. However, it is recommended that the Health and Safety group consider providing training assistants to support the trainers. Trainers have numerous responsibilities and would benefit from having assistance with tasks such as setting up equipment, allowing them to remain focused on delivering the content. Additionally, the hospitality during the session could be improved, as there was a noticeable lack of refreshments such as coffee, tea, and snacks. It was also disappointing that the course trainer arrived an hour late. While this was not the fault of Dr. Ranjit, the session, originally scheduled to begin at 09:00-9:30 a.m., did not start until 10:00 a.m. It would have been appreciated if participants had been informed in advance—ideally the evening before—about the delay. This is particularly important for those of us who had to travel long distances and begin our journeys very early in the morning. In my case, I had to wake at 5:00 a.m. to drive to Birmingham. Apart from that, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned a great deal. Thank you Dr Ranjith Welgama
