The trainer was very engaging and kept attention of group. It would have been useful to have copies of slides as some were rushed over - perhaps appropriately It was unfortunate that the hoist was not working and feels unprofessional that we could get signed off without that experience.

Venue not enough heating and was cold inside the room. Warm drinks only provided in the morning and was not replenish for the afternoon session.
