I really enjoyed this course! I was completely new to venepuncture and cannulation and learnt loads. I was nervous and Karen really helped me settle down and feel confident in my abilities. We were able to discuss real life scenarios that were engaging to me as it makes the knowledge easy to understand and relate to. I felt very engaged and comfortable with the group as there were 7 of us and we collaborated on many of the topics and extra tasks set. I would definitely do another course in the future!! 10/10

Its difficult to keep such a boring subject interesting but Matt did his best. Changing different styles of teaching & practical elements.

Good course, well presented easy to follow and understand, good knowledge gained from the course.

The trainer was excellent, relaxed, knowledgable, encouraged interaction and the time really flew!
