Answers all questions and demonstrated all what we needed to know. Was very informative.

Tea, coffee and biscuits not replenished after initial 10am beginning of the day. Fire alarm disturbed the tail end of the course, making the day longer due to evacuation, then fire alarm continued furthermore.
