He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we truly understood. He was very patient with us, and I genuinely enjoyed every part of the training.

The course was presented well from start to finish. Balance between practical and theoretical aspect well managed. The trainer made us feel welcomed which boosts confidence in people who don't do well in groups.

I am giving todays course maximum stars because of the trainer - he was fantastic at making dry and relatively dull material interesting and engaging. He maintained my interest for the whole day. I have attended the same day's training with other trainers who have not been nearly as good.
