Very informative and practical training

The room felt overcrowded. Free tea would be much appreciated. We only were offered one tea at 2:30pm. I purchased very expensive tea in the ground floor that costed me just over £6 per a cup of tea.

John is a good trainer, we enjoyed the course 😀
