Good location, spacious and well aired Louise was very informative and encouraged class members to participate. Really enjoyed her session and listening to her experience.

I feel that whilst the trainer is competently knowledgeable, he could have managed the training time better, organise useful breaks and cut short times that he has wasted on the drumrolls. We rushed on CPR and get stuck on the exit gate as we have past 5.30pm end training time.

We had to ask for a hot drink The course is more suitable for healthcare support workers as nurses had to help quite a few times

Very sketchy moving and handling section. Skills only demonstrated, no chance to practice. I was expecting BLS and moving and handling only and that it would be covered in depth with a practical element where all had to be observed in practice.
