Yes, my knowledge and confidence have increased, particularly in recognising the importance of person-centred care, effective communication, and making reasonable adjustments to meet individual needs. I feel better equipped to support autistic people and people with learning disabilities in a safe, respectful, and compassionate manner.
The training was really helpful and learnt a lot to take of people with well
