Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. The trainer was good but the communication from your organisation was poor before the event and the venue was poor. Paid £20 for parking when I didn’t have to, no hot drinks in the afternoon and the food and bough coffee poor. No book for study materials. Signage in car park said I needed to pay and then came into hotel and was told I didn’t. Spoilt the day. Trainer was good.

The trainer had massive tech issues so we ended up starting and finishing 45 minutes late. This meant that the 1st session ran into the second session so we had no breaks for lunch or to go to the loo. I have concerns as lots of people turned their cameras off so probably weren't listening and engaged and are now trained medication administrators. I was disappointed that the teaching element with the calculations was now lost as the test is online.

I found the information good. I struggled with the flow and distractions of the trainers. I They were knowledgeable and I respect their effort and difficulties. However I personally found the day difficult. I feel there should be facility for anonymous feedback.

I was originally booked for a full day session on 25 February with a female teacher. I completed the first part of the training, however I found the teaching approach quite poor. There was very limited interaction, and the instructor tended to talk over participants rather than encouraging discussion or engagement. After the break, I arrived back about 10 minutes late due to traffic while getting lunch. While I understand the importance of punctuality, the instructor refused to allow me back into the session and stated that I would have to be rebooked. Although I respect the rule, the way the message was delivered felt very direct and somewhat disrespectful. I was later able to rebook for the PM session on 05 March with Kevin. Kevin was excellent and truly exceptional. He demonstrated deep knowledge of the subject and his engagement skills were top level. The session was very informative and interactive, and I would definitely recommend his training.
