The trainer is friendly. Maintained professionalism. Very knowledgeable. Able to explain all the slides thoroughly. Her knowledge surpasses. I would like to attend mire trainings. Is a rare gem and is passionate about the profession and her work. Created a conducive environment. It was easy for us to take part in group discussions. She is efficient.

Nathan was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the session practical and relevant. They explained the importance of safe moving and handling clearly, demonstrated techniques effectively, and encouraged questions and participation throughout. I feel much more confident applying what I learned in real work situations.
