Well structured

Everything was great and I learned something I didn't have experience in yet. The only downside is that some part of the handbook are written in a bit clumsy way and some words seem to have slipped out.

It’s was good,i loved it and I would highly recommend anyone who hasn’t done it to do it.

Great instructor, really engaging and informative

The courses was good

Although the trainer was excellent, the examples referenced mainly care home scenarios, it would be useful to consider other types of work environments. Hot drinks available for just the first break, and a coffee is £4.50 which is very expensive.

Benjamin was a very interactive and engaging trainer! Learnt so much more than usual and understanding was made clear and detailed. Highly impressed with his teaching and would recommend!
