The trainer made IlS simpler and easy

Sitting on a chair is too tiring for 5 hours, i dont feel comfortable, nextime pls provide at least a table where we can lean . ( no coffee/tea offered?)

The course handler was highly experienced and demonstrated a deep understanding of the subject matter. She guided us through both the practical and administrative aspects of the course with confidence and clarity. Her approach was engaging and hands-on, making complex topics easy to understand. During the practical sessions, she provided real-life examples and scenarios, allowing us to apply what we learned in a meaningful way. On the administrative side, she ensured we understood the necessary procedures, documentation and protocols involved. Overall, her knowledge and teaching style made the learning experience both effective and enjoyable.

Kevin was a great trainer, the best training I have had as he was so interactive and allowed us to ask questions, have discussions and actively get involved.

Kevin was a very knowledgeable trainer. He stood for all the training, no boring power point. He engaged with the trainees 100% and made it a comfortable environment to ask questions and made sure everyone understood before moving onto the next topic. The team stayed fully alert (no one fell asleep which is almost un heard of in a full day's training). He was very polite and made the training fun. I would like to see and be trained by more trainers like him. I thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Wow!!! I have attended courses in my carer but nothing like this. Thank you so much. Today I refreshed, updated my previously earned skills and knowledge. I also gained new skills and knowledge including legislation updates. This course will help me a lot with my work. I am really impressed and very much appreciate today's training. Overall I refreshed my knowledge on topics and learnt knew things. It was a good day and worth it.
