My role does not require me to be able to move or lift patients using equipment so much of the session was not relevant to me.

Educative and enjoyed the training

Venue changed room location. This was not communicated. Called Health and Safety group and was first told there’s no venue in Chelmsford- then realized her error but unhelpful customer service. Arrived at the new room at 1:45, no trainer there and was greeted by an angry group of student telling us we can’t just join for half a day. Trainer arrived and told angry day students that we were there for the last half of the day- trainer was told by angry day students that it’s ‘disgusting’ Made to feel really unwelcome. You need to communicate better with your students

Kevin is an amazing trainer, the sessions were extremely engaging and well- structured. I really appreciated how Kevin made the group really welcome and included everyone in the sessions.

Great trainer, insisted on participation from reluctant attendees. Venue food, limited lunch range, expensive & struggled to make iced coffee
