Karen was very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. They explained each topic clearly, encouraged questions and made sure everyone understood. The practical demonstrations were particularly helpful and gave me more confidence in applying the skills safely in my nursing practice. Overall, the training was well organised, engaging and relevant to my role.
