It was interesting, very interactive, educational and felt very comfortable throughout the lesson

Trainer very good at emphasising key points. Told we would be able to access slides but I don't have a log in. Maybe agency should have given it to me? Very efficient. Great central location with free parking. May be a problem if arrived later??

It was educative ,there was new information learnt that was great to know considering the changes in policies etc.I feel equipped,and encouraged to continue delivering excellent care services to service users

The trainers were exceptional and made us practice time after time to make sure we understood.

Enjoyed the learning. How much to buy scorns from Asda, these courses cost an arm and a leg for not being offered a bun and a drink instead of buying for expensive airport hotels
