Good refresher course

Although this was a mandatory training, the instructor made it an engaging and valuable experience. She presented the material clearly and connected it to real-world healthcare practice, which made the content feel relevant and important. The instructor’s deep knowledge and approachable style encouraged participation and made it easy to stay focused. The use of practical examples and case scenarios helped reinforce key policies and procedures. I appreciated the organized structure and the respectful use of time. This was one of the most effective mandatory trainings have attended, and I would gladly attend future sessions with this instructor.

First time to the venue . Not as great as the Chiswick and Waterloo Centres that i have been with regards to amenities but is accessible to Transport and easy to find . I had a Positive experience All throughout otherwise .
