Debbie the trainer was fantastic! Anthony the expert we saw in the morning was very interesting to listen to, as was Jack in the afternoon. We did struggle to hear Jack though as his voice was quieter.

The training was really good and useful. As support worker I am dealing with the same issues at work every day. Therefore it was very meaningful.

Overall it was good.
