Very disappointing course venue appeared dirty . Thr trainer wasn't very clear and had a lack of knowledge .

Paul was easy to understand, good explanation and demonstration, good communication skills, and everything was ok and went on well. About the tea I would request to have tea and biscuits or sandwiches like before. Other than that all was fine.
