I was supposed to do full day, unfortunately it couldn't happen main trainer called off and replacement trainer delayed.
This is the third time I’ve done this training through this company and by far the worst. Much of the information is just regurgitating what the online version does - the inductor didn’t add anything new really just dragged it out. It was very hard to concentrate as it’s a long day and the longest time was spent on the non-practical parts of the course when the practical parts are the most useful. The instructor didn’t seem to know much about any setting other than the one he has experienced and spent a large amount of time letting a few people talk about their experience (which was all from 1 setting) - which much of the time wasn’t relevant- it was like the instructor and them were just having a social chat about work. The group activities were boring and unnecessary but at least had more helpful/informative chats within the groups once we’d finished the set tasks than what I got from the course. Over the last 5 years I’ve been doing this training with multiple providers multiple times annually and this was the least engaging and informative
Didn’t learn anymore than the e-learning . People were falling asleep. Awful venue, a room with no windows, stuffy, chairs were not suitable for the length of the training. One hot drink was provided on arrival. Just very repetitive and waste of time. .
Worst training I have ever attended. Not interactive and morning session was more about the trainers family and the co host who had learning difficulties was unprofessional.
The training was very informative and delivered superbly. Nathan Kwabi is a very good trainer and kept engagement strong throughout. Nathan kwabi thank you for one of the best training I have been on, I really enjoyed how fun you made it and this certainly embeds the learning. I hope to attend future training with you. Wish you all the best for the future.
