He was kind, and he breaks down every topic makes it easier to understand and answered every question to satisfaction

Cathy was really a very good instructor and she made sure we all practically practiced all return demonstrations any thing we demonstrated wrongly she assisted to make sure we did it correctly.

The training was quite usefull & interactive.
