It was a great training.

The trainer was enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable and engaged throughout the day. He brought in a wide range of examples, answered all our questions and created a highly didactic atmosphere that accommodated a wide range of learning abilities. I highly commend him as a trainer. The venue was a bit cold; It was helpful to be able to use the microwave.

The content was good.

Well enjoyable and interactive training

Limited space to move around during practical session for 12 people. Women’s toilet- very high temp/ bowling water from one of the tap. Arrived on site before 9 am. The receptionist knew about the training session. However, doesn’t know what room has been allocated to.

I love the course it was interesting and clear as well as understanding. I learn the new skills and knowledge regarding health and safety

Very well presented also the trainer ensured that the course was very interactive throughout

It is better with the booklet to read.
