Very interactive, very professional

Great tutor , all our group was engaged. But all practical stuff should be demonstrated and practice. There should not be an excuse that it is a refresher training only.

In my opinion, since the refresher course, the trainer tended to over-elaborate on certain topics and models, which caused us to run out of time. As a result, the practical aspects—which were the most important part of the course—were not properly practiced. Thank you.
