I would like to commend the instructor for his professionalism. He was very engaging and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Although the practical portion of the training was unfortunately limited. Several pieces of equipment were faulty or not in working order, which meant we did not get to practice certain techniques hands-on. I also noted that some of the statistics and data within the e-learning modules appear to be outdated. To ensure all staff are working with the most current clinical evidence and safety guidelines, I would recommend a review of these modules to bring them in line with recent figures.

Very well planned. Karen was a great trainer. She made the training enjoyable and engaged well with the rest of the group.
Zaneb delivered the Training well. Calm in her approach, reduced my anxiety. Covered All Topics well with Group discussions. Practical session also fun.
A really good update and provided a lot of information on CPP.
