Jackie had some technical problems at the beginning, but everything went fine once this was resolved. It did mean everything ran a bit late.

The training was a successful one and I learned a lot

Jackie is well versed and knowledgeable in her field Well.articulate and class highlyinteractive except with technical issues. I can not access the questions either
