The trainer was very knowledgeanle very entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed my day of learning. Learnt somethings that I did not realise could happen during a fire amd how to deal with it when it occurs

The trainer was friendly and very knowledgeable she made sure we all understood what was needed to perform each task. The venue had a terrible smell but besides that and the storm outside I left feeling like I accomplished what I went for.

Very good location, easy to get to/ find. Great trainer.

Difficult for me to get to from Oxford but that’s MY problem rather than an issue with the venue.

Might have had bit more practical - a couple of people weren’t doing effective compressions. Airways good.

Great trainer, covered all topics… Good sense of humour, pleasant atmosphere… refreshed my knowledge and leaned about some new ones…

The trainer is knowledgeable, he demonstrated all the topics and his learning materials were clear. He engaged with the students making learning interesting and understandable.He is an excellent teacher.
