Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. The trainer came across as rudel and obnoxious .Spoke down to people and forced people to stand in front of the whole group. Myself and my colleagues felf very uncomfortable with whole process.

The chairs were poorly arranged around the walls of the room which meant I was sitting at 180 degrees to the slides and the white board. This made it extremely difficult to see the slides and made for a rather frustrating experience. I found the trainer to be extremely overbearing and verging on rude on occasion. There is no need to treat people like children. He spoke for 15 minutes about rabies which was completely irrelevant and also for 15 minutes giving us parental advice. All in all the worst Health and Safety study day I have experienced.

Started 12.30 and not 12.00 To me the most important practical aspect is squashed in a rush at the end of the course. It should be a full day course with regular breaks , at the same expensive cost ! I do prefer the layout with trainer in the middle . No I did not feel it was time well spent . . Possibly more video demonstration eg use of slide sheets - turning on the bed - etc to have a standard or same quality instruction .
