Just frustrating when people turn up at 12noon. And phones going off. Really enjoyed the discussion rather than just PowerPoint constantly. He is a very good trainer

It was a very insightful training and I felt like I learned a lot during the presentation especially having guests come in to give their true life examples. One thing I would say I completely appreciate the training is based upon doctors negligence however I did feel there was a lot of negativity centred on doctors as a whole.

I DO NOT LIKE THE IDEA OF FEED BACK AT THE END OF ECH TEST, ITS TIME CONSUMING

I’m pleased to have passed the safeguarding training, but I found the learning experience difficult and inaccessible as a neurodivergent learner. The training relied heavily on reading black text on a white background, with no option to listen to the content. This does not support different learning styles or accessibility needs. The information was also spread across multiple screens that had to be clicked through, which made it easy to unintentionally miss sections. At times this made the course feel confusing rather than supportive. I also learn best by being able to copy key information into my own notes so I can revisit and process it later. This was difficult and time-consuming to do within the training. Some of the quiz questions were also confusing or misleading. In one case, the question asked for two correct answers, but the answer options provided did not appear to include two clearly correct pieces of legislation. This made the quiz feel more like a test of interpreting unclear wording than a fair assessment of safeguarding knowledge. I would strongly recommend improving accessibility by offering audio narration, clearer page layouts, downloadable or copyable summaries, better signposting of sections, and clearer quiz questions with unambiguous answer options.
