I enjoyed the training

The training was impactful.

Excellent

Only had a cup of tea Had to ask twice for hot water in the afternoon. Almost refused because they stated it was a one off service

It was indeed a very engaging, practicable and thought provoking session. I have learnt a whole lot today which I look forward to practicing should the need arise. In all I'm very grateful to the organisers and indeed the trainer. Cheers
