Good

Would have liked more theory around strategies that could be used and trialled before hands on is necessary but that may be because of my background in a school with kids rather than high profile/ high risk patients. Not always relevant to my setting but a mandatory training course none the less.

Very disappointed with venue such a good hotel but no hospitality, we should have some kind of food or snacks

Very interesting class

Jackie made the Training very interesting,explains everything about the subjects and engaging with us throughout the course. I she was so great and I didn’t even notice that I had long day in her class.
