I was very pleased to see Karen when I arrived for the course - I have attended her sessions twice before and always find her training very informative, well-organised and interesting. Her excellent knowledge of the subject matter is apparent. I must also say that the venue was excellent - extremely convenient when travelling by train, and a lovely, light room with lots of windows.
