Very informative and useful refresher

Nathan was exceptional trainer. Really brought the topics alive and kept the interest going. Breaks were at appropriate times and Nathan instigated participation with all of us equally. Thoroughly enjoyed this training and learned a lot.

I feel that whilst the trainer is competently knowledgeable, he could have managed the training time better, organise useful breaks and cut short times that he has wasted on the drumrolls. We rushed on CPR and get stuck on the exit gate as we have past 5.30pm end training time.
