Great training

Refreshments needs to be upgraded. Basics were supplied. No biscuits. No alternative for people that are lactose intolerant. So no soya milk or almonds milk. No alternative for diabetics like sweetener. Refreshments were not topped up throughout the day. People that started in the afternoon session dis not get refreshments as all were now cold and cold by afternoon. Milk ran out . Hot water was now cold . Coffee was cold.

I really enjoyed the training session. The trainer was excellent at explaining everything clearly and made the session engaging and easy to understand. He also had a great sense of humour, which made the learning experience enjoyable. Thank you for the great support!
