Overall, it was a useful and valuable training session.
The training covered the basics of safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, moving and handling, fire safety, first aid, medication awareness, equality and diversity, person-centred care, confidentiality, record keeping, communication, duty of care, and incident reporting. The main aim was to provide safe, professional care while respecting service users’ dignity, rights, independence, and wellbeing.
