The water tap in the ladies toilet is very hot. The projector screen lights is too bright. Overall, comfortable training room. Plenty of space for the attendees to carry out activities.

Very loud session with argumentative group. Very challenge to follow along due to other candidates shouting and arguing. Did not really apply to my role (hospital) rather in a care facility.

The room felt overcrowded. Free tea would be much appreciated. We only were offered one tea at 2:30pm. I purchased very expensive tea in the ground floor that costed me just over £6 per a cup of tea.
