My trainer is a great teacher, she is very good at delivering all aspects contents of the course. My trainer had a genuine interest to ensure that both theory and practicals are well understood. She provided 1:1 support and assess accordingly. Lovely lady

Overall good trainer and useful updated information relevant to my job role

Hit home importance of safeguarding and the different levels of referalls I would appreciate course providers talk to the people running the day to find out exactly what time it will finish. Though it may seem like a treat to finish early bare in mind course attendees may have cancelled work to be there and even half an hour can make a difference.

The session was very good, the trainer demonstrated and taught us very well. I learnt a lot and this was useful. The trainer was very good and I gained a lot of useful information. Thank you!!
