Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. They say the training refreshes skills, builds confidence and transfers directly to safer, more effective practice in their roles.

Very intense
Really straight to the point vwry clear, really helpful.
"The full-day CSTF Mandatory course was very well structured, clear, and really helpful for my role. Trainer Michael McGrail was excellent — he explained everything simply, answered all questions, and made the content engaging and easy to understand. I feel much more confident and prepared now. Thank you! So much!
